  • Event-Related Information: Initiation date, participation in MKP events

This information is collected through online forms, event registrations, and communications with our team.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your personal information strictly for the following purposes:

  • Managing registration and participation in our events;
  • Ensuring a safe and well-prepared environment for participants;
  • Conducting psychological evaluations and applying security measures;
  • Performing internal analyses to improve our services;
  • Facilitating registration in MKP Connect directories via MKP Canada;
  • Managing payments via PayPal (without storing any banking information at MKP Québec).

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Psychological evaluation and security-related data are deleted immediately after the event.
  • Personal contact information (name, email, phone number) is retained for 10 years in a secure Google Drive.
  • Data deletion is performed by the event coordinator following MKP Québec’s internal procedures.

4. Security of Personal Information

We take the necessary measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:

  • Secure storage in a professional Google Drive with restricted access to authorized members;
  • Access protection through secure authentication;
  • Staff training and awareness regarding personal data protection.

5. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

We never share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
However, certain partners receive strictly necessary information for event management:

  • MKP Canada: Sharing of your name, email, and initiation date to register you in the MKP Connect directory.
  • PayPal: Processing of registration payments (MKP Québec does not store any banking data).

6. Your Rights Under Law 25

Under Quebec’s Law 25, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access to the data collected about you;
  • Correction of any incorrect information;
  • Withdrawal of consent and deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
